What Levels Of Lebanese Arabic Are Available?
Study Lebanese Colloquial Arabic Online courses are available at all levels, from Starter to Advanced:
1. Starter’s Course
This course is for those with no previous knowledge of Arabic. Thus, participants in this course will start from the basics, learning how to read, write, and lead a basic conversation.
2. Beginner’s Course:
Students with a basic knowledge of Arabic will benefit from the Beginner’s Course. This course uses students’ existing familiarity with the alphabet and basic vocabulary to improve reading, writing, and speaking skills. Moreover, students will expand their vocabulary to enable more complex conversations.
3. Intermediate Course:
This course is aimed at participants who have a solid foundation in the Arabic language. Emphasizing conversational skills, this course features conversations with native speakers to build fluency and confidence. In addition to speaking, students will also continue to develop their reading, writing, and listening skills.
4. Advanced Course:
Those with an exceptionally strong grasp of Arabic, as well as students who have completed the previous levels, will benefit from the final online course at the Advanced Level. Rather than focusing on basic grammar, this course is geared towards achieving Arabic fluency.
Do I Need To Take An Arabic Placement Test?
If you’re unsure which course level to enroll in, we offer a free placement test to evaluate your Arabic language skills in four key areas: speaking, reading, writing, and listening. If you still have any questions regarding course levels, we are happy to consult with you.
Placement Tests should only be taken by students with existing Arabic language skills or who previously studied Arabic. Those who have no prior knowledge of the Arabic language are automatically placed in our Starter course. Regardless of your level, each course will develop skills in all four language areas – reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Who Teaches The Study of Lebanese Arabic Online Courses?
The Study Lebanese Arabic Online course is taught by teachers who hold bachelor’s degrees in either Arabic or English Studies.
1. Beginner Students are placed with teachers who speak good English in order to facilitate the learning process.
