How It Works

Admission

At Study Levantine Arabic, we are excited to welcome you to our online language courses or crash courses. For Arabic language courses, your journey begins with our language placement test. After determining your language level, one of our teachers will curate suitable lessons and resources for your level.

Arabic online language class sessions span 1.5 hours and occur once or twice a week. You have the option to enroll in either an individual or a small group course. Students in individual language courses collaborate directly with their teacher to schedule dates, times, and the number of sessions.

The process for the crash course is similar. After a placement test, students collaborate directly with their teacher to determine dates, times, and the number of sessions. As we cater to students in any time zone, we offer flexible time options to accommodate our students’ diverse needs.

Steps to Get Started in our Arabic Language and Crash Courses:

  1. Email us with the name of your desired course and request an application.
  2. Once we send you the application within 1-3 business days, fill it out and return it to us.
  3. After we review your application, we will confirm the time of your 1-hour free trial session.
  4. If you are satisfied with the trial hour, email us your desired number of sessions/ hours.
  5. We will then send you a form confirming all details of your online course, which you will return to us.
  6. We prepare and send you the Invitation Letter, Contract, and Invoice.
  7. As soon as you sign the contract and make the payment, your place in the course is secured.

How to Pay?

Once you receive an invoice from Study Levantine Arabic, you have one week to finalize the payment of the course’s fees. Regarding payment, participants have three main options: an online transfer to our bank account in either Palestine or Germany, sending an international money transfer via Western Union, or paying via PayPal.

Please note that the applicant is responsible for covering the transfer fees!

1. Western Union (WU):

WU gives you the option to send payment online or by visiting a WU agent in your country. You only need the name of the receiver and its country. After you fill in the transfer form, WU will give you a transfer number, which will enable us to receive the payment. You may click here for more information: http://www.westernunion.com

2. Online bank transfer to Palestine or Germany:

In this option, you could send the fee via a bank either to Palestine or Germany. It is also recommended to use Transferwise (https://transferwise.com/), which is a website to send money electronically. It accepts Visa cards, credit cards, and local online transfers.

3. PayPal

PayPal is the last payment option. Below are the detailed steps to send a payment via PayPal.

To send a payment with PayPal:

  1. Click Send and Request at the top of the page.
  2. Select the type of payment.
  3. Enter your recipient’s email address and the amount.
  4. Choose the payment type and click Continue.
  5. Review the details. You can change your funding source by clicking Change under “Payment method”.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Review your payment and click Send Money.

If you have a balance in your PayPal account, the funds will be taken from your balance before debiting the remaining funds from your bank account, credit, or debit card. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay via PayPal using your credit or debit card.

Please send us a copy of the receipt to Info@ecpalestine.org.
